I took my 86 year old mother to look at a Honda CRV I had seen on Car Gurus to Gary's last week not knowing what to expect. She had not bought a car in 26 years since my dad had passed away, and was very nervous about the entire experience. Car Gurus listed this vehicle as a great deal, and instantly Weldon made my mom and myself feel at ease and at home. While every big car dealer had always made me feel pressured and uneasy, Weldon made us both feel like we were part of his family. We asked if we could take it to our mechanic, and he said enthusiastically "OF COURSE!". We did, and they said it checked out great. My mom was overwhelmed, and Weldon said he would take care of everything and he did! He took care of all of the DMV paperwork for my mom, he cleaned the car to where it looked brand new, he filled it with gas, he got a new key fob for it, and he even came to her house and towed her 26 year old Honda Odyssey that didn't even run anymore for her and paid her for it!! I can NOT say enough wonderful things about this dealership or Weldon. He never pressured my mom for an extended warranty either like the big dealerships ALWAYS do!! He told my mom not to get one because she drives so very little. Next time I am in need of a vehicle I will let Weldon find one for me. The trust level he gained in me (and Gary too after meeting him) after the way they treated me & my mom is second to none. They've gained a customer for life!!!! From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!! Added plus if you like football Weldon played for the Redskins and Gary is a huge Eagles fan like I am so I loved talking football with them! Can't thank them enough!!!!

Their motto is if they don't have it they can find it! I have never received such personalized, professional, bend over backwards kind of customer service from any retailer let alone a used car dealership!!!!! Do yourself a favor and ASK FOR DAVE for hassle-free and timely communications! I wish I could give them 5,000 stars!

I've brought many used cars before privately and from dealerships, I was in search of one particular car a Mercedes S 550 it had to be a certain color with certain option, rode pass Gary's Community Auto seen it but wasn't shore I would be able to get it. Stopped by anyway talked to Dave, he assured me that coming to Gary's Community Auto was the right place

We purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester from Gary's. We live a couple of hours from the sales office, therefore we felt a need to get all the details regarding the vehicle worked out by email and phone before investing in a trip to the dealership. Dave was very patient and accommodating to our needs during several day's of questions and message exchanges. Everything turned out well. The car was ready and waiting for our inspection upon arrival. Once we decided to make the purchase, Dave took care of the paperwork and temp tag himself. We happily drove away in the Forester. It has now been a month and the car continues to meet our expectations. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Gary's Community Auto Sales.
